If you feel overwhelmed by your emotions or the situation you are in is difficult to cope with, and you are looking for emotional support, you might be need therapeutic services. Therapy can also be a place in which you can better yourself, and learn new skills to overcome challenges and improve the quality of your life.

Where are sessions located?

All sessions are conducted through Telehealth and a secure and accessible platform. Sessions can also be conduced through phone if it’s difficult to access the internet.

How often do we meet for therapy?

Normally, I recommend to start sessions weekly, however you are able to schedule sessions every two weeks depending on the frequency and acuity of symptoms.

How long will therapeutic treatment be?

It depends. Why? Because the complexity of someone’s problem might be different than others. Therapy is not a linear process and there is a possibility of experiencing ups and downs when entering therapy.

What if I’m not ready for therapy?

That is okay. Therapy should be approached when you feel ready to make changes and be vulnerable with someone. Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here.
