“Sometimes we cannot change the environment significantly, but we can perhaps alter the way in which we perceive it.”

- Marsha Linehan

My approach

My approach to therapy is meeting each individual where they are at and providing them with unconditional support. My approach emphasizes collaboration, helping clients build the skills they need to overcome obstacles and find a path to emotional well-being.

My work with clients is marked by empathy and a commitment to helping them achieve lasting change and foster a more meaningful life. I have found that my approach works well with adults who experience emotional dysregulation, interpersonal conflicts, and emotional vulnerability.

Disclaimer: I don’t approach therapy based on the “diagnosis”. I believe that a diagnosis is helpful to paint a picture of what is going on and how to approach what brought you here. A diagnosis, does not define you, and it’s not ALL that you are.
